This policy explains what the mvcolhq account service (provided by COL Ventures LLC) collects and why. The Account is the single sign-in shared across our learning applications.

What we store

• Your email address — your identifier and how we send password-reset and verification links.
• A password hash — we never store your plaintext password (passwords are hashed with scrypt).
• An optional name you provide.
• Sign-in sessions — to keep you logged in and to let you sign out everywhere.

How sign-in works across apps

When you sign in, we set a signed identity cookie scoped to .mvcolhq.com so the learning applications recognize you without a separate login. The cookie contains your account id, email, and verification/admin status; each application verifies it locally.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Email delivery is handled by our email provider for the sole purpose of sending account emails.

You can change your password from your account page. To delete your account or ask a privacy question, email support@colventuresllc.com.
