These Terms govern your mvcolhq account ("Account"), provided by COL Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). Your Account is a single sign-in shared across our learning applications (Chinese Practice, Reading Comprehension, and Math Practice). By creating an Account you agree to these Terms and to the terms of each application you use.

1. Accounts & eligibility

The Account is intended for a parent or legal guardian (18+) who manages it on behalf of their child(ren). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your Account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, access other users' data, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Your Account itself is free. Paid subscriptions, where offered, are managed within each individual application and governed by that application's terms.
